Foreign Food Delights

Since I've been here I've eaten at an Indian Restaurant and today I ate at a Vietnamese Restaurant.  Today's food was Pho pronounced like Fha, and it's a noodle bowl with condiments of bean sprouts, basil and lime, spring rolls with peanut sauce and a Bahn Mi sandwich made with meat and vegetables.  I  haven't been sleeping very well, so I was at a low ebb today and didn't feel like painting.  I was in contact with people in Massachusetts about the upcoming hanging of the new gallery on Sunday and posted to DPW and worked on my computer.
